“True North” is about the beauty of exploring within oneself. It shows the moment when someone finds their true path, a mix of colours that represents the peace and happiness that comes with this understanding.

“Surrender” reflects my connection with nature and the changes that occur at twilight. The vibrant pink, yellow, red, and purple hues symbolize the stages of accepting time’s passage. Through “Surrender,” I invite viewers to enjoy the beauty of letting go and finding peace in nature’s continuous cycle.

spent May and June recording the colours, shapes and sheer abundance of my garden. Lucky I did because by the time I painted this in July, most of it had dried up, the colours had browned and the garden looked pretty sorry for itself. It has been a nice reminder of early summer!
